Submit a Booking Request

Tell us your preferred date, time, number of children, care location, creative interests, preferred ArtSitters, and any important notes.

ArtSit checks availability and helps coordinate based on your preferences, location, schedule, and fit.

Complete Required Forms

Before a confirmed booking, families may need to complete emergency information, photo permission, payment, and agreement forms.

Verify and Confirm

Families are encouraged to speak with preferred ArtSitters, ask questions, review profile information, and independently verify TrustLine status when applicable.

Submit your experience, creative interests, service area, references, availability, and TrustLine status.

Complete Onboarding

ArtSit reviews applications and may request references, profile information, TrustLine registration steps, background check steps, and signed agreements.

Create Your ArtSitter Profile

Approved ArtSitters may be listed in the ArtSitter Gallery with a profile photo, bio, creative focus, service area, availability, and TrustLine status when available.

Receive Requests

Families may select you as their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd preferred ArtSitter.

Accept Opportunities That Fit

ArtSitters are independent providers and may accept or decline requests based on availability, location, comfort level, and fit.
